1. Made-To-Order Production Timeline
Standard production processing takes 7–10 business days after your order confirmation and full payment completion.
Production officially begins only after we receive and confirm all complete customization details, including custom names, numbers, team logos, patterns, and other personalized design specifications.
Please note that all our products are custom manufactured on demand. Orders will not ship immediately after purchase. Every personalized jersey must finish full production and quality inspection before being dispatched to shipping carriers.
We offer two production and shipping options to meet different customer needs, including standard service and rush urgent service:
- Standard Service: 7–10 business days production time + 10–15 business days standard international shipping
- Rush Urgent Service: 3–5 business days fast-track production + 7–10 business days expedited shipping
Rush service is available for most custom jersey orders. If you need urgent processing and fast delivery, please contact our support team to confirm service availability and relevant fees before placing your order.
2. International Shipping Transit Time
Once production and quality checks are completed, your order will be shipped via reliable international logistics carriers. Estimated transit times vary by destination country/region, excluding production time, weekends, and public holidays:
- United States: 10–15 business days
- Canada: 10–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
- European Countries: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Other Global Regions: 10–25 business days
All shipping times are estimated and commence only after production is fully completed and the order is dispatched. Actual delivery times may fluctuate due to uncontrollable factors including customs clearance procedures, carrier operational adjustments, extreme weather conditions, and peak shipping seasons.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
After your custom order is finished and handed over to the logistics carrier, we will send an official shipping notification email with a valid tracking number for your package.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to activate and update on the carrier’s official system after dispatch. You can monitor the entire delivery progress online with your unique tracking number until your package arrives.
4. Shipping Delays & Special Reminders
All delivery timeframes are non-guaranteed estimates. Occasional shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, severe weather, carrier service disruptions, peak holiday shipping periods, or regional public holidays.

5. International Customs & Duties Notice
