CustomJerseysDIY is the official online store operated by Putian Licheng Beibang Trading Co., Ltd.

All jerseys and sportswear at CustomJerseysDIY are made-to-order and fully personalized for each individual customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind requests or non-defect related issues.

1. Custom Order Confirmation Guidelines

Before submitting your order, please carefully double-check all personalized details to ensure accuracy:

  • Name spelling and custom text
  • Jersey numbers
  • Selected sizes and colors
  • Team logos, graphics, and artwork
  • All other custom design specifications

Once production begins, order modifications, cancellations, or returns are no longer available. If incorrect information (wrong name, number, size, or design) is provided by the customer, we cannot offer returns or refunds for products produced exactly according to your submitted order details.

2. Valid Return & Refund Eligibility

We only accept return or refund requests for orders affected by manufacturing defects, printing errors, or shipping damage. Qualified solutions include free reprint, exchange, replacement, partial refund, or full refund based on verified issue severity.

Exchange service is only available for items with manufacturing defects, printing mistakes or shipping damage. No exchange for personal reasons such as wrong size or dislike.

All claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To process your claim, please provide clear photos or videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect items for official verification.

3. Damaged Package Instructions

If your package arrives with visible external damage, please preserve all packaging materials and take complete photos of the package and damaged items before disposal. These records are required for carrier investigation and claim settlement.

4. Cancellation Rules (Pre-Production)

Orders can be canceled before entering production with no extra fees. Once production starts, cancellation is unavailable due to custom manufacturing arrangements.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

After your refund request is fully approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, subject to your payment provider’s processing speed.

6. How to Submit a Claim

If you receive defective, misprinted, or shipping-damaged products, please contact our support team promptly with your order number and issue photos. We will review your case and provide a fair resolution as soon as possible.
