1. Custom Made Jersey Products & Custom Design Service

All items sold on our site are made-to-order custom jerseys. Every personalized jersey is uniquely produced based on customer-submitted designs, names, numbers, logos, colors, sizes, and custom artwork.

As a professional custom jersey maker, we strictly follow all details you confirm during checkout. Customers are fully responsible for double-checking all custom design information, including spelling, numbers, sizing, color matching, and graphic content before submitting your custom jersey order.

Once your custom jersey production starts, no further edits, changes, or cancellations can be made due to the personalized nature of each custom sports jersey.

2. Intellectual Property & Custom Design Responsibility

All custom text, player names, numbers, team logos, images, and artwork uploaded or submitted by customers are fully verified and confirmed by the buyer. You confirm that all custom jersey design content you provide does not violate any trademark, copyright, brand right, personality right, or third-party intellectual property.

CustomJerseysDIY only prints and manufactures custom jersey designs requested by customers. We do not own customer custom designs. All custom team jerseys and personalized printed jerseys produced are unofficial fan-made custom items and are not affiliated, sponsored, or endorsed by any official sports leagues, teams, or athletes.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any custom jersey order that may contain illegal, infringing, offensive, or unauthorized content.

3. Pricing, Custom Fees & Payment Terms

All custom jersey prices, base fees, and additional custom design fees are clearly displayed online at the time of your order. Custom team jersey bulk pricing and personalized printing charges are finalized at checkout.

Price adjustments will not apply to completed orders. Obvious technical display errors or system pricing mistakes may be corrected after purchase if necessary. All custom jersey orders require full payment before production begins.

4. Order Confirmation & Custom Jersey Production

Your custom jersey order is officially confirmed once your payment is successfully authorized and received. Our team immediately verifies your custom design details and starts manufacturing your personalized custom printed jersey.

Because every custom sports jersey is uniquely customized, we cannot modify, pause, or cancel orders once production is in progress. Please confirm all custom design details carefully before completing payment.

5. Production Timeline & Shipping Policy

Custom jersey production time and international shipping time are separated. Custom design processing, manufacturing, and quality inspection take place before shipment. All delivery estimates are for reference only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Custom Order Rules
