No. Our custom‑made jerseys and personalized sportswear are independently manufactured. They are not official licensed merchandise. Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold proper rights to any uploaded content or design submissions.
How long does it take to make my custom jersey?
All jerseys are made‑to‑order. Standard production requires 7‑10 business days after we receive your complete customization details. Production time does not include shipping transit time. Can I change my name or number after placing an order?
Please contact our support team immediately if you need to adjust names, numbers or other custom details. Modifications are possible only before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, changes cannot be accommodated. We strongly recommend double‑checking all personalization information before checkout.

Absolutely. We accept both individual‑unit and large‑volume team jersey orders. For team‑size orders, you may submit a consolidated list containing player names, numbers and sizes. Our team will validate your specifications before production starts.
Can I buy just one personalized custom jersey?
Yes. Most of our custom‑jersey products have no minimum‑order quantity. We support single‑unit personal purchases as well as full‑team bulk orders.
What happens if my jersey arrives with printing or manufacturing errors?
If you receive an item with printing mistakes, manufacturing defects or shipping‑caused damage, please contact us promptly. Kindly provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue. After review, we will offer eligible solutions including free reprint, replacement or refund. This policy does not apply to errors caused by customer‑provided text, artwork or incorrect size selection.

Will I receive a design mock‑up before production starts?
Upon request, our design team will generate a digital mock‑up based on your custom requirements and reference images. You may review colors, text, numbers and logo placement for confirmation before production. Limited free revisions apply; additional revisions may incur extra fees and extend lead‑time.

Depending on your product and design, we support multiple decoration methods including sublimation printing, embroidery, sequin embroidery and other apparel‑customization processes.
