• Tracking — A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.
• Import Duties and Taxes — For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Refund and Return Policy

• Defects and Errors — If your jersey arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or shipping damage, please contact us with your order number and clear photos within a reasonable time of delivery. We will arrange a free reprint, replacement, or refund based on the verified issue.
• Pre-Production Cancellation — Orders can be canceled at no charge before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation is no longer available.
• Refund Processing — Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
